it was really funneh when coach asked us to do some weird warm-ups.
hahas, we have to find a partner, and stand back-to-back and HALF-SQUAT.
paired up w Yuening, she keep leaning in front, causing me to fall back.
and we kept falling to th ground, like Yihxing and Venessa, hahahs!
did this ' run in front and turn left/right ' exercise.
IT WAS REALLY KILLING! damn confusing, keep getting scolded by coach.

first match, i guard Yunxuan, ZOMG, she damn tall can!

but i think she sprained her back, so she didnt run a lot. :/

CCA ended at 5.30 cos we are going to Toa Payoh Stadium to watch Australia vs Singapore in netball.
