today we only run like 3 rounds of th sch, which is like, one-third of wad we usually ran.

ball worked, warmup-ed. (slacked a lot without being caught :D )
trained with 2 and 3kg medicine ball, dun seem SO heavy this time :D

AND I DRAGGED ACROSS TH GROUND !! (which caused my injury so be MORE SERIOUS D;)
YUENING's palm was scratched.
AND ME?! my elbow and knee bleed like wth yo !
